Meet the Team

Tom Staub

CEO & Managing Principal

Tom oversees the underwriting of projects, financial planning, debt and equity strategy, company growth, and is focused on the viability of projects, partnerships, and investor relations. Tom has more than 15 years of business experience, has owned and successfully operated a variety of companies, and has been a sponsor on more than 140 deals.
Tom is committed to being a leader among outdated developers in the Austin metro bringing to life communities that represent a modern design, a plethora of green space and amenities, and an aesthetic that truly enhances the city in which they are built.

David Teo

General Partner

David Teo’s experience in business and real estate spans over two decades. His background in the technology business provided a firm foundation on which his real estate business was built on. David runs a commercial real estate investment group with a portfolio of acquired assets of over $300M in asset value. David’s experience spans various asset classes including Multifamily Class A, B, and C assets, Medical Office Buildings, Residential Infill Condo Development, Raw Land Development, and Self Storage Facilities.

Luke Caraway

Engineering Advisor, ViewPoint Engineering

Luke has over 10 years of experience in Engineering & Design in Land Development. His previous experience includes six years at Kimley-Horn running a team providing engineering services in all land development market sectors, but specifically focusing on light industrial, single-family, and master developments. In addition, Luke previously worked at Doucet & Associates focusing on single-family design.
