Tom Staub is the CEO of Red Oak Development Group, where he oversees vision, mission, expansion strategy, project underwriting, financial planning, and the strategic management of debt and equity. His leadership is pivotal in maintaining the viability of the company’s projects, ensuring robust partnerships, and executing effective land use strategies that drive company growth and align with its mission. 
Tom guides Red Oak with a keen focus on comprehensive development approaches and full cycle project exits, managing a portfolio worth approximately $749M. He entered the real estate sector in 2009. Tom has also spent 12 years in corporate America half of that time  for fortune 10 companies, and half in Silicon Valley, where he helped small companies scale to unicorn status ($1B in annual revenue). Tom’s entrepreneurial spirit and proven track record of execution have been instrumental in cementing Red Oak’s reputation as a leader in the real estate development industry. His experience and strategic vision continue to propel the company toward sustained success and expansion.

David Teo, as a Partner at Red Oak Development Group, is instrumental in underwriting projects, establishing strategic partnerships, and overseeing legal and tax compliance. He meticulously evaluates the financial viability of each project, ensuring alignment with market trends and minimizing risks. David excels in forging strategic alliances, particularly with commercial and medical developers, to enhance the functionality and appeal of Red Oak’s residential communities by integrating essential services like healthcare and retail.
He manages the legal review processes to ensure compliance with regulations and oversees entity planning to optimize operational efficiency. Collaborating with third-party consultants, David directs tax planning to maximize financial efficiency and safeguard investor interests. His comprehensive oversight extends to guiding Red Oak’s strategic vision, aligning project development with long-term company goals and maintaining Red Oak’s industry leadership. David’s multifaceted expertise is vital to the company’s ongoing success and expansion.
David and his family are based in Dripping Springs, Texas and have been in Texas since 1999 after David graduated from UT Austin.

Mike Miller is the Executive VP of Real Estate & Community Development at Red Oak and oversees builder partnerships and negotiations, commercial partnership executions, CCRs and architectural standard compliance, HOA formation and execution, construction partnerships and negotiations and land acquisition feasibility & underwriting. 
Prior to Red Oak, Mike was the Senior Vice President of the Land Division at the Signorelli Company one of Houston’s largest land development companies leading the Land Division overseeing the Master Planned Community division playing a pivotal role in underwriting, envisioning, and launching two major projects: Austin Point, a 4,700-acre community, and Firefly, a 3,000-acre community. Mike was instrumental in the financial modeling of the communities, exploring investor relations opportunities, and leading investor discussions.
Prior to this role, Mike was VP at Ashlar Development, has held roles in land acquisition for Taylor Morrison, CalAtlantic Homes and has a Masters from Texas A&M in Real Estate Development. 
Mike and his family reside in Houston, Texas and have been in Texas for nearly two decades.
