Land Entitlement Deals

Red Oak selects development sites situated on vacant or underdeveloped land within an existing community, typically surrounded by other types of construction or located in areas of promising growth. These projects are location-driven, with an emphasis on increasing median income, growing population, and meeting the growing demand for lots by home builders.

Build Ready Lot Development

Red Oak collaborates with the largest builders in the nation to identify prime locations in and around the Austin, Texas area. We acquire land, secure all necessary permits, conduct surveys, obtain city approvals, develop the lots with full utilities, and then sell the build-ready lots to builders. Our projects range in size from 50 to 2500 lots.

Residential Development

Red Oak develops communities in a variety of ways. We focus on multifamily and high-density developments, tiny home communities for seniors, as well as separate communities for the millennial population. Additionally, we engage in various other types of single-family residential projects.
